Montpelier Villa 1-1 Brighton Electricity (aet) (Electricity win 3-2 on pens) (November 03, 2007)
Electricity progressed to the semi final stage of the Brighton College Cup after beating Montpelier Villa 3-2 on penalties. Matt Evans was the hero saving two spot kicks to ease the pressure on Marsh and Peter who both missed theirs. Habeeb Alli-Owe had given Electricity the lead in the first half, but Villa equalised 8 minutes from time, to move the game into extra-time and ultimately a penalty shoot-out.

      Elsewhere in the same competition, American Express gave Hanover a second thumping in 3 weeks, beating the league champions 5-2 in their own back yard. Cup holders Master Tiles also go into the last four with a 3-1 victory at Real Brunswick, and Ovingdean make up the draw after winning 4-2 at O&G.
